When Secretary of the CPC Committee of Jiangsu Province Lou Qinjian inspected and investigated Lianyungang City on March 19, he investigated the progress of the Shenghong Refining and Chemical Integration Project, one of the major projects of Jiangsu Province, at the project site. He emphasized that we should guide the development and make future achievements by building high-level major projects, and carry out our pursuit and transcendence on the high-quality development road.

Chairman of Shenghong Petrochemical Group Miao Hangen reported on the corporate work and production resumption, and the progress of the Shenghong Refining and Chemical Integration Project at the site of the Shenghong Refining and Chemical Integration Project. Lou Qinjian affirmed that Shenghong Group had accurately implemented the pandemic prevention and control measures and constantly accelerated the progress of the project. He required that the Shenghong Refining and Chemical Integration Project should be completed and put into operation as soon as possible so as to accumulate potential energy and provide support for the long term development of the economy and society. He requested all the departments to pay much attention to how to solve various actual problems that had appeared after the work and production resumption, implement all the national and provincial policies favoring enterprises, always regard the major project construction as an important battlefield for high quality development, further provide guidance for investment attraction, efficiency enhancement and service improvement, improve the project construction momentum year by year and make more achievements every year.
