[Lianyungang Media] Today, the reporter learned from Municipal Development and Refrom Committee that, from January to May, 28 superior and strong enterprises realized taxable income 47.9 billion yuan, taking half part of taxable income. All the superior and strong enterprises operated well, having an obvious role on supporting the industrial economy.

The municipal Party committee and government paid high attention to cultivate superior and strong enterprises since the beginning of this year. They established the problem-handling mechanism, excluded issue list, informed the guarantee of resource factors, boosted enterprises to be larger and stronger. At the beginning 5 months, the 28 superior and strong enterprises kept faster increase speed, with 28% growth of taxable income. The taxable income of 5 enterprises---Hengrui Medicine, Xinhai Petrochemical, Chiatai Tianqing and Binxin Steel, exceeded 3 billion yuan. And another 5 enterprises--- Yihai, Jiangsu Nuclear Power, Hansoh Pharma, Yaxin Steel and Xingxin Steel, made a taxable income over 2 billion yuan.

From January to May, the city’s superior and strong enterprises improved continually on operation quality. Among Lianyungang industrial sales top 20 enterprises, the superiro and strong enterprises took 18. The union power 6MW offshore wind power technology of China Guodian Corporation filled up the inland blank. Part products of Hengrui, Kangyuan, Hansoh pharmas brought into medical insurance negotication list. Hengrui’s new medicine gradually openned the emerging market like Austrilia, Singapore, Russia, etc. Inhalation sevoflurane entered into American market. Solareast Corporation and Suning Commerce Group united to build Suning Bank. And the Solareast together with the largest global solar energy optothermal application enterprise established joint venture company. The superior and strong enterprises gradually enter into the great and strong development road, relying on scientific and technological innovation and tarnsformation development.

When promoting the superior and strong enterprises’steady development, our city also stresses on the project construction work of these enterprises. The 28 superior and strong enterprises plan to construct 37 projects, annual investing 28 billion yuan, which take 40% of the whole city key project annual investment. Among them, new energy field, Jiangsu newclear power plans to invest nearly 10 billion yuan, and it is the biggest project of monomer investor. Petrochemical and chemical engineering industries accelerate their layout, From January to May, six projects like Sailboat Petrochemical, Xinhai Petrochemical, Sanjili Chemical, etc. finished the investment of 1.75 billion yuan. New pharmaceuticals industry expanded steadily, four core medicine companies finished the investment with 640 million yuan in the first 5 months. The steady boost of projects construction gather new energy for the superior and strong enterprises’ further development.
