Feng Haitao: initiative action offring good ideas and strategies

Feng Haitao, joined Honggang petrochemical in May, 2013, underwent plant capital construction, piping uinstallation, blowing, trial run and final palnt production. He subjected to the management, positive and initiative, having strong sense if resopnsibility, skilled in process.

During plant process production trial run, he worked cautious and conscientious, he guided the team fighting on the production fist line day and night, checking missing trap. He successfully handled the emergency accident like plant electricity fluctuation, steaming missing, etc., achieving zero accident in eletrical facilities. He organized the team with production and safety training, improving team mumbers’ quality and skills. Many of the team mumbers were become operation backbone on the production first line.

He offered good ideas and strtagies to improve the major plant process. His team assisted the leaders to arrange the workers to start field operation on recirculating cooling water system electrical load after talking, calculating and argument, which sharply decreased the electrical load, saving the energy and lowering the company’s operation cost greatly. In erecting acetic acid balance and energy-saving and costiong reducing problem, the team offered the relevant improving proposals many times, offering ideas and strategies to energy-saving and cost-reducing in plant production, which achieved great effect.

He contributed to plant fefine operation, safety production and energy-saving and cost-reducing. In 2016, the refine operation management achieved great effect since it started, with no safety and environmental protection problem. Feng Haitao and his team won oxidation workshop skilled operator, outstanding employee and excellent team, etc. since 2013.
